We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
We offer worldwide Express Mail Shipping (Global Priority). Total Express Mail Shipping charges are shown on the "Shipping & Payment" page during the checkout process.
We also offer worldwide UPS Express Shipping. (Currently only offered on large orders or on special request) Total UPS Express Shipping charges are shown on the "Shipping & Payment" page during the checkout process.
How long will it take to process my order?
If you select Credit Card as payment method, your order (except for preordered or backordered items) will be shipped within 24-72 hours from the day you place it (Mon-Fri).
If you select another payment method than Credit Card, your order (except for preordered or backordered items) will be shipped within 24-72 hours from the day we receive your payment (Mon-Fri).
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation letting you know when it was shipped.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
If you select Express Mail Shipping, your order typically arrives 3-8 business days after you place it.
If you requested UPS Express Shipping, your order typically arrives within the next 1-3 business days, but it may take longer depending on your location.
Please consider that these shipping times are NOT GUARANTEED! Because of postal or other delays, it may take longer for your order to arrive.
Will I receive a Tracking Number?
If you requested UPS Express Shipping you will receive an UPS Tracking Number via Email once your order has been processed.
There is no Tracking Number available for Express Mail Shipping.
We can ship to P.O. boxes.
We can ship to APO/FPO addresses.
What if the typical delivery time has passed and I still don't have my order?
Because of postal delays it may sometimes take a bit longer for an order to arrive than the typical delivery time.
If you have not received your order within 15 business days after you got your Shipping Confirmation Email, you may contact us at sales@consoleshop.com.
If your order has been shipped via trackable UPS Express Shipping, please check the tracking information by entering your UPS Tracking Number in the Order Tracking Field on the right column.
- If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors or family members.
